The Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC) is a Saudi Government Corporation responsible for the desalination of seawater producing electric power and supplying various regions in the Kingdom with desalinated water.
The corporation was established by royal decree dated 20/08/1394 H, corresponding to 07/09/1974 H, as an independent government corporation.

Total S.A is a French multinational integrated oil and gas company founded in 1924 and one of the seven “Supermajor” oil companies in the world. Its businesses cover the entire oil and gas chain, from crude oil and natural gas exploration and production to power generation, transportation, refining, petroleum product marketing, and international crude oil and product trading.
